Terms and Conditions of Stay 
Your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully transferred and verified through the booking system.
•   All payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.   
•   Date changes are allowed with at least 10 days’ notice prior to the original check-in date. The new stay must be within 1 month of the original booking date. (One-time change only.) 
•   No refunds will be issued for reducing the number of nights or rooms on the check-in day. 
•   The resort is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal belongings.   
•   Please refrain from making loud noises after 10:00 PM.   
•   The use of personal electric cooking appliances is strictly prohibited.   
•   Cooking is not permitted anywhere within the resort premises.   
•   Guests must not exceed the number of people specified in the reservation. Additional guests must be registered in advance with extra bedding arranged. The resort reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund in cases of unregistered guests.   
•   Unregistered overnight guests are strictly prohibited. A fine of 10,000 THB per person will be imposed for violations.   
•   Smoking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of 5,000 THB will be charged for any violation.   
•   Guests will be held liable for any damage to or loss of resort property and will be charged according to the item’s replacement value. 
Child & Extra Bed Policy   
•   Extra bed: 1,000 THB per night (including breakfast) 
•   Children aged 1–3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.   
•   Children aged 4–6 years are charged 200 THB for breakfast when using existing bedding.   
•   Children aged 7 years and above are considered adults and must use an extra bed (additional charges apply).   
•   Extra beds are 3.5-foot mattresses and are subject to availability.   
•   Please contact the property directly for inquiries regarding children’s extra bed charges.

 The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
